Payment

Returned goods

Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition. Any packaging (e.g. rod holder boxes) must also be in the same condition as when received.
If you return goods because they were ordered incorrectly, or if clothing does not fit, you will pay the return postage costs. If you would like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we will charge carriage on the replacement.
If you return an item because it was faulty when it was delivered, we will refund your postage costs for returning it to us. All faulty items must be returned within 30 days of their reciept.

Please check with us before returning any goods as we will only refund the basic postage charge.

Delivery Costs

The delivery charge is automatically added to your order and you will see the total amount you have to pay before you confirm the order.

Import duty or tax

Please note that if the delivery address given on an order is outside of the EU an import tax may be payable upon receipt of the goods. The amount payable depends on the destination and may be subject to change. These payments are the responsibility of the customer and we accept no liability for any payments which may be due.
